As a provider of naval, nuclear, aerospace, and military-grade parts, Inofast Manufacturing must also be knowledgeable about the special materials used to produce these high-quality components. The extreme conditions endured by some of our installed parts demand some of the most exotic and difficult to machine alloys available.

Inofast regularly handles super alloys with a high nickel content, such as Monel 400, 405, and K-500, Inconel 625 and 718, Incoloy 800, 825, and 901, Hastelloy C-276, Waspaloy, and MP35N. Other tough materials we have experience with include Nitronics 50 and 60, tool steels, and titanium grades.

Of course, we also produce in common alloy and stainless steel grades, such as 4140, 4340, ASTM A193 B7 and B16, 303, 304, 316, 410, 416, and 422. We also frequently machine naval-specific grades, such as aluminum bronze, beryllium copper, naval brass, and silicon bronze.

Inofast will accept customer-supplied material, or we can handle material sourcing for you. We are careful to purchase material that meets the specifications you request, originating from the nation or specific mill you require. All documentation, such as mill mechanical test reports and chemical analysis reports, are included in your final documentation package.
